1) Visit your factory and carry out a full survey of the concrete substrate and draft a full report of condition.
2) Discuss with the client their requirements, specific flooring needs i.e. the Health & Safety issues, heavy trafficing, chemical resistance and ultimate budgets.
3) Draw up specifications based on the clients specific requirements and recommendations of manufacturers and products based on the required speed of installation.
4) Draw up work programs, Health & Safety documents and risk assessment.
5) Organise preparation equipment required for each particular project, skips and all associated necessities to carry out the preparation program.
6) Organise skilled operatives to carry out the project and project manage the work program with quality control to ensure a successful installation.
